  Not only the self-identification of their model to be incarnated science, they probably don't even have the means to reproduce their measurements. > they can tailor messages to mitigate distrust of science while also preparing for a potential disease outbreak. I think they mean propaganda. Why not just present your findings? That would be science for once. Try it, it builds trust last I have heard.
