- api 5y agoIn college a similar phenomenon is grade inflation where professors mark up grades to look like better professors or get better student reviews.
- cynicalkane 5y agoThe system giving these rules is set up so the two are indistinguishable. Some people can't even tell the difference. Others can, but they keep quiet so their career isn't destroyed.
