Just because there is leeway doesn't mean you have to abuse it to post things from their account anyway.

  Because there is leeway I personally don't know if that's actually their preference or not. If everyone took everything I ever said I "kinda wish" as a solid preference, I wouldn't be at all happy.

    On the other hand, unless there is evidence of the contrary, it would be rude to not follow the wishes of another person in how you treat them.
