Would it be possible to have a non-profit organization that exists only for patenting obvious things and "open sources" all of these patents?
- chii 5y agoinstead of fixing patent law? Why not "just" change the way patents are granted, so that it can only be granted to actually non-obvious patents that don't have any prior art etc?
- trok 5y agoObviously the patent law should be changed. However I do not see that happening in my lifetime or possibly ever.
