Yes I do and they absolutely do wake you up before you land. It's an FAA requirement that the seat be upright.

- nopzor 5y agoit might be an FAA requirement to be upright, but iirc some other international airlines (eg. virgin atlantic, air new zealand) allow you to keep your biz class seat in seating position during takeoff and landing.
