Where is the evidence this "Hire to Fire" practice exists? I can't see any in this article?
- cryptische 5y agoEither you can accept it as a logical conclusion, or ask around. Suppose you are the manager and are happy with your team. But you have to meet the URA quota. What's the best solution you can think of? And how much effort are you going to put in for the solution?
