- imtringued 5y agoOverpriced houses make construction arbitrage easier. It's easier to build a new house than to buy an existing one.
- bradleyjg 5y agoThe places I’ve lived all my life have few or no empty lots. To build a new house you need to buy and tear down an existing one.
