    And it finances consumption of products/events that are subject to VAT, sold by companies who pay taxes and employ people, who paid taxes who won’t be a cost for the country if they lose their job … Yes it’s debt. But its way cheaper than it sounds once the taxes go back and it’s an investment into society and employment.
