- raxxorrax 5y agoDon't know if it was a urban legend, but people claimed that Mexico cartels had the most secure form of telecommunication, since they were the only ones that encrypted every message and call. A government reacting like that in Mexico seems to be unable to keep control on issues they are facing. Legislation like this is the result. Maybe befriend a cartel to get access to their networks?
