- client4 5y agoI'm curious what would have been if Archegos Capital hadn't been margin called. I suspect this merger would have seen things swing the other way.
- 1123581321 5y agoSorry, can you elaborate? Are you saying that Hwang was agitating for Discovery to be bought by AT&T with his position? Since his exit reduced the share price (at least temporarily), wouldn’t that have made it more attractive? Genuine questions, and also curious if you understand what the $150BB enterprise value of the new Warner will detract from AT&T.
