  I feel this is extrajudicial punishment. Whether james charles is guilty or not, youtube should not have the power to be both judge and jury and executioner.

    Huh, what a weird view. It's a business agreement and one side (YouTube) has deemed the other to have broken the agreement because their "Creator Responsibility Policy" is part of it. And seemingly he's admitted that he did do that. If he disagreed, he can take YouTube to court.

        Not really - you can still make plenty of money by making sponsored videos with your own ads baked in.
