I take about 3-5 weeks of vacation a year + our 14 company holidays.
I typically do one big road trip for ~2 weeks and then a week randomly through the year plus random days fishing, doings tuff with kids or just taking a break from work.
I could never do that having to accrue
- disgruntledphd2 6y agoYou could if you lived in Europe, where you must get at least four weeks minimum vacation per year (plus public holidays).
- supernovae 6y agoI wouldn't mind living in Europe... But i feel like i missed that boat. I'm in my mid 40s.. not sure what options there are.
