Once you sell to the area with consumption taxes you pay those. Couple that with some Ubi/reverse income tax to offset consumption taxes hitting the poor/middle class more and it's a simple and fair tax system. It's not a new idea either. You just need to get the idea of "evil corps need to pay" mindset.
