The Krakatoa Sunsets (2012)
- redis_mlc 6y agoA tsunami like the one that hit Fukushima is one thing - it's caused by a fault being forced up or down, displacing water along a long and wide geographic area, resulting in a wave. But a tsunami from a volcano like Krakatoa is an awesomely spectacular thing - the displacement is caused by a relatively small circular and energetic underwater explosion ejecting cubic miles of rock in a few seconds or minutes.
