By "settle", do you mean "visa not required", or permanent residency?
- seszett 6y agoPermanent residency, as those 31 countries are the EU and EFTA.
- benhurmarcel 6y agoI moved between different EU countries over the years, every time you don't have to request any authorization to settle or work, you just declare that you're doing it at the beginning.
