I'm confused, it says that Threema costs $3/month, but as far as I can tell it's a one-time $3 cost on the apple app store. Am I missing something?

- sschueller 6y agoThreema is free after you purchase the app unless you are using the business services.
- jcul 6y agoYa I noticed that too and I think it's a mistake. It's a one off purchase for non business use at least.
- miyuru 6y agoIt also says that telegram is hosted on AWS, which is false. telegram has their own network with 4 ASNs. https://bgp.he.net/search?search[search]=telegram https://bgp.he.net/search?search[search]=telegram
- jsilence 6y agoIt does not.
- sunshinekitty 6y agoIt does not what? From the article: > Cons - Hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- jsilence 6y agoThat is on the Signal segment, not on the Telegram segment.
