Literally no one buying an EV is junking their car if its drivable. They trade it in where it offsets manufacturing another car.
- sn_master 6y agoAnd then someone buys it on the other end and junks their own car vs driving it for another 2-3 years. The more new cars getting bought, the cheaper used cars become and more inclined people become to junk their 100k miles used cars vs using them until they hit 200k miles.
- imtringued 6y agoYou underestimate the size of the used car market. It's bigger than just one country.
