You can direct list or merge with a SPAC, but neither bypasses Wall Street entirely.
- bpodgursky 6y agoThese are both pretty new options as well (especially SPACs). Ten years ago it was basically IPO or nothing. When Google tried to avoid the IPO pop theft by banks during theirs, they got ganged up on / carteled, and still lost billions.
