Great, I have always wanted something like this. The part I wanted to capture was the process of easily sharing links with specific people or groups of people. I find I have a set of friends to whom I often want to share some web link and always wished I could structure this better, have history, comments etc. It's a really common type of communication I have with friends; at least for me
