Another commenter mentioned IPNS but another thing that seems to help with this is that the content hash can be a folder containing static files. You can then link to files within the folder using relative links. I guess this avoids having to have IPNS entries for every file?

But how do you let two files link to each other? So A links to B, and B links to A.
