  No, you are not - and you cannot - be sure. You can tell yourself whatever you want, but this kind of thinking has become pervasive throughout the culture as of late and it is a very concerning development. You cannot see a virus and you cannot prove one way or the other where you acquired the viral load necessary to come down with an infection.

    With genetic sequencing it is often possible to trace the infection chains with a bit more confidence.
