- raxxorrax 6y agoSigh... The question remains open. Large scale manipulation needs a large target audience and a message, propaganda should not be hard to identify. I find some Russian espionage operations in the report. It was actually US Americans that told me to expect such things when their mass surveillance went public. I did not find anything too relevant.
