Yeah, there are file management options available via a context menu. I believe certainly keyboard shortcuts also work (Cmd-Del to send a file to the Trash/Bin,

Yeah, there are file management options available via a context menu. I believe certainly keyboard shortcuts also work (Cmd-Del to send a file to the Trash/Bin, Return to rename a file, etc.).
You can also choose to Show in Finder.
