Bitcoin prices and US equity index are correlated
This is why Bitcoin is a failure because if it was a "store of value" like its maximalists claim it should be inversely correlated like gold for instance.
Gold prices will keep going up and people holding large amounts of it are FOMOing

- imtringued 6y agoIt will end once central banks figure out how to create 2% CPI inflation more efficiently. If you want to do the biggest short possible on Bitcoin your best bet would be to figure out how to convince governments and central banks to solve the problem once and for all. The easy money will be gone and the bubbles will drag the value of Bitcoin down instead of up.
