The greatest concern by far is terrorism, not military action targeted towards occupation.

  Fraud kills more people and costs more every year than any terorrism ever could. More people were rendered hungry and homeless in 2008 than by all terrorists combined in the last 50 years.

    I'm more than willing to accept that. I'd clarify that terrorism is the bigger concern to the American government, not that it necessarily should be.
