Poland has quite obvious law that government documents are not protected by copyright. Interestingly, in recent years it gets more and more broadly applied, for example to database listing schools and to aerial imagery taken on a government contracts. What is quite nice if you want to use them for example as a source for OpenStreetMap edits.
