It's nearly impossible to have a scientific paper on anything with abstraction. At best you can create some "after the fact" optimizations using time studies and statistics.
- bawolff 6y agoI don't mean programming literally (although there are plenty of papers on programming abstractions, especially in the functional world) but just computer subjects in general whether that is cryptography, complexity theory, hardware or something else.
