Photoshop blocks image because it thinks I'm trying to make counterfeit bills
- raxxorrax 6y agoBills made with Photoshop are a huge threat. They are just everywhere... I hate that Adobe went the cloud way. On the other hand Gimp, Krita, Blender are better than ever and in my opinion can compete without problem.
- DarthGhandi 6y ago> Bills made with Photoshop are a huge threat. The security features of modern currencies negates any extra benefit photoshop confers. The problem is how the money is created, not the image editor. The US bills lockout feels more like a marketing ploy rather than some noble public service by Adobe.
- robinduckett 6y agoI wonder what software the graphic designers who design new bills use?
- viggity 6y agoIllustrator. I'd be surprised if bank notes aren't in a vector format
- MeinBlutIstBlau 6y agoHaving worked for government, I wouldn't be surprised if it was done by graphic design student who got the job cause they knew someone and they don't even know what a vector is.
- MeinBlutIstBlau 6y agoKrita is a phenomenal piece of software. It's very bulky but ever since I switched from gimp, there's no looking back.
