The best thing about this is being able to run natively iOS apps (with new chips). I'll probably never open another Electron app on desktop again.
Wonder how the file management works.

- anupamchugh 6y agoDoes that mean we can run Slack iOS app on Mac Silicon? That'll be great, if its possible. Slack Electron mac app consumed too much battery.

- brundolf 6y agoI was struggling to think of an actual use-case for running iOS apps on a Mac, but this is an interesting one
- gazelleeatslion 6y agoI predict with enough time this will become a standard practice. So much so that in enough time, many company's will stop supporting Intel on Mac entirely (aka, <2020 Macs)

- saagarjha 6y agoNope, it's a native app. It used to look like one too before they ruined it.
