Just want to clarify a mistake in the article: USA does not have two weeks notice for termination. This is per contract basis and based on culture, but it is not a regulation.
- nemetroid 6y agoI understood "on average" in that sentence to apply both to Europeans and US Americans.
- yohannparis 6y agoSure, but the way the sentence is written make it believe that the Europeans average of three months is equivalent to the US average of two weeks. The former is an average of regulations, the later an average of folklore.
