I usually use my phone in greyscale mode as the colourful rainbow candy is something I'd prefer my brain not to be bombarded with. So far I've found the icons of the apps I use easy to distinguish between even in grayscale, but I'm not looking forward to the time when my icons switch to the redesign in this post!
