More like inevitable as land becomes more scarce.
- Hypx 6y agoWe're nowhere near the point where we can't feed the population using existing agriculture land. We're a very long ways off from needing solutions like vertical farming.
- sitkack 6y agoFor things that don’t transport well, or need to be super fresh and in smaller qty, I think indoor farming is great. Growing a million kg of cauliflower? Use a field.
- danielvz96 6y agoMaybe it's a desirable solution to reduce farm space and rekindle pristine wildlife.
