It does, though? That's what autovacuum is, unless I'm missing something. It's just not always enough without tuning, just like GC.

- api 6y agoWe have had a lot of problems with frequently updated tables. Is auto tuning really that hard? Or is pg’s philosophy not to “auto” anything?
