I had my dishwasher go out a few weeks ago. I isolated the issue to a simple 2 button 3 led panel.
Not only is it NLA but it's 300$ retail when available.
The machines are easy to fix, I just wish they used more commodity parts or the companies at least shared their pinouts and wiring/circuit diagrams.
- joezydeco 6y agoHave you tried eBay? When I have an appliance that is beyond repair, I salvage the parts that are still intact and put them up for sale. You’d be surprised what the door of a microwave oven sells for on a parts website. You can undercut that by 50%. GE appliances always have a wiring diagram tucked in them somewhere.
