- AaronM 6y agoSome states have allow for ballot harvesting, where you can legally take someone else's ballot to the drop box. So these boxes are a bit of a grey area, as ballot harvesting is legal in CA. The NYT article from this morning said the CA AG has issued a cease and desist order, so its likely to be challenged in the court.
