- Ma8ee 6y agoTake out a tape measure and measure the actual size of a few different brands of trousers. They are never even close to the size that's on the label. Maybe men's clothes are more consistent than women's, but the label is always wrong by several inches.
- pbhjpbhj 6y agoIME, except a couple of obvious mislabels, all men's clothes are with a couple of cms - I've never had an item more than a couple of cm out. Cut however, that's a different matter. Honestly some "designers" mustn't realise men have external genitalia.
- Ma8ee 6y agoDid you actually measure? After a few not so successful attempts to buy trousers online did I start to measure, and trousers that are supposed to measure 34" waist measured between 36" and 39".
- loeg 6y agoMen's sizes are only nominally dimensional; there are various sources of potential error, and correcting for them adds cost.
