- Judgmentality 6y agoIt's above 800 degrees Fahrenheit, but not even 500 degrees Celsius.

- jacobush 6y agoTo be fair, it's usually easier to heat something to above ambient temperature than to cool it to below ambient temp.
- Tade0 6y agoThis is definitely the "in mice" of materials science. Solid state batteries, hydrocarbon fuel cells etc. all work - at high temperatures.
