Outrageous. I cannot see any public interest justification in favour of releasing the records. Open justice can be done without releasing absolutely everything about the defendant.
- SpicyLemonZest 6y agoAs Murray describes, the press has requested this information, presumably because they'd like to confirm previous accusations that he was subject to torture and medically neglected.
- matthewheath 6y agoI see. If she does authorise that, hopefully it is in the most sensitive, least privacy-invading way possible -- e.g. only releasing pertinent records to be viewed in a secure location for a limited period of time, no copies to be made, etc.
