It is very much not true, and you seem to be confused by the various cables and connectors that are available. The only device which uses USB-C and previously used Lightning is the iPad Pro.
- raxxorrax 6y agoMaybe you are correct and it is iPads then and not iPhone or macbooks. But all the latest usb 3 cables from Apple are charge only.
