Number of warships is meaningless, given the US probably doesn't even bother including patrol boats in the count.
Gross tonnage or number of capital ships over a specific tonnage would be a better comparison.
- raxxorrax 6y agoTrue, but I doubt that is a good measure either. Production and logistical capabilities of missiles is probably more important. Large ships like carriers are very vulnerable and heavy pieces of metal to direct missile attacks or modern subs.
