I know I'm not supposed to detract from the main point, but something is a bit odd about this company:
A) It's classified as a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB).
B) All its work seems to be for the government, and this is reinforced by its mission statement.
C) "The Federal Government’s goal is to award at least 5% of federal contracting dollars to SDBs."
I wonder to what extent it's valuable work vs just compliance with a kind of charity program?
