No. A dating site needs a big FDA warning label that says "This is a load of snake oil and can never work. Go get a life."
Maybe a site can help people get a life, but it wouldn't be a dating site. And I think the best site for that is a glorified local bulletin board, which is pretty well saturated by craigslist and the local alt papers/sites.
