- eden_hazard 6y agoI heard in Japan when you buy pants at retailers, they will hem it for you free of charge.
- Hwatwasthat 6y agoUniqlo in the UK do too, probably why the legs are abnormally long! I have had a few pairs from them and all have had some alteration done in store.
- werber 6y agoIn store in the US they hem for free as long as its not clearance (then its 5 bucks)
