Yeah. I read "decimate" with the broader definition. I would write "decimate" with the narrower definition. But that scenario doesn't come up much.

- mercer 6y agoThat scenario seems like a recipe for miscommunication though, unless you first lecture the reader on what decimate 'should' mean :).
