This is a permit and building code issue, not a zoning one.
- dillonmckay 6y agoThat is semantics. The zoning determines what permits and codes are applicable to the zone.
- yohannparis 6y agoI disagree, you can still allow duplex, and require bigger spaces, better design floorpan, proper entrance. This has nothing to do about the fact that the zoning allows duplex.
