Can TSMC handle it? Apple probably won't use Samsung because Samsung compete with Apple on smartphone and there is a bad blood between them. AMD, Nvidia, Qualcomm, NXP...etc. all use TSMC.

The Mac line is extremely low volume. The issue with A series has always been yield because they are so massive.

  Apple sells 16-20+ million macs per year. Not Windows computer level, but I wouldn't call that extremely low volume.

    Compared to their phone and tablet line of course it is. Volume is always relative.
