  I have read it. It unsurprisingly does not say that it is your right to be arrested in order to be educated.

    You did not do a good job at it then. > Elementary education shall be compulsory In addition it contains a lot of other crap that is not relevant to human rights such as "Education shall be directed to the full development of the human personality ..." or "Everyone has duties to the community in which alone the ..."

      So education up until about age 12. That doesn't sound like it has any connection to detainment camps to me.
