Everyone wants to do something really "big" that they're really excited about. If you've found that really big idea then sure, move on. If not keep in mind that your passion for whatever you do next will someday wane as well.
- orangutan 16y agoThat's what's holding me back. The only solution I see is to start working on some new ideas on the side. But then, I'm worried none will get executed properly.
- fla_steve 16y agoI've had four different companies and I've always worked on new ideas on the side. I don't know how the people that stay focused on one idea for years at a time do it. My brains not wired that way and I'm guessing yours isn't either.
