Pinpoint can do SMS and voice too.

- derision 6y agoand if I don't know what ZenDesk is, then you're just exchanging one confusing name for another
- nostrebored 6y agoZenDesk is a CRM/ticketing system. Amazon Connect integrates with ZenDesk CRM.
