The word you are looking for is "relegate", not regulate.
- SkyBelow 6y agoThanks. It seems obvious in hindsight. I wonder if I had the correct word in my head but my fingers typed the wrong word. That's happened a few times when dealing with words I rarely type. Sadly too late to edit.
